Condo & apartment tenants: no cooking on decks
Under the 2021 International Fire Code (Section 308.1.4), charcoal, open-flame, and liquefied-petroleum-gas (propane) cooking devices may not be operated on combustible (wood) balconies or within 10 feet of combustible (wood) construction.
