Insurance companies and property owners may request a copy of a fire report by mail. Please include the date and address of the fire and the name of the homeowner.

How to request a report
- Write a request that includes the date and address of the fire and the name of the homeowner.
- Enclose a check made payable to the Florissant Valley Fire Protection District for the appropriate fee ($5.00 for a fire report, $40.00 for an environmental report).
- Mail your request and payment to the Administration Office at the address below.
