Notice to Bidders
The Florissant Valley Fire Protection District (the “District”) is soliciting sealed bids from qualified marine dealers for the furnishing, rigging, and delivery of one (1) SeaArk Shadow 24V CC center console boat package (or approved equal), complete with outboard motor, trailer, dealer installed options, and maintenance package, in accordance with the specifications in the bid documents below.
The boat package shall meet or exceed the equipment, construction, and installation specifications listed in the bid form. Bidders are responsible for reviewing the full specification list prior to submitting a bid.

Scope of work
The scope of work includes furnishing the new boat, outboard motor, and trailer; supplying and installing all dealer installed options listed in the bid form — including the T-top and arch, electronics, NMEA 2000 network, marine radio, and onboard firefighting pump; rigging, testing, and commissioning all systems; delivery of the completed package to the District; and warranty and maintenance package documentation. All equipment shall be new and installed in accordance with manufacturer instructions and applicable marine standards.
How to submit a bid
Sealed bids will be received by the Florissant Valley Fire Protection District, Board of Directors, at 661 St. Ferdinand Street, Florissant, MO 63031. Bids will be accepted through October 26, 2026 at 2:00 p.m. Bids received after the stated deadline will not be considered. Bids will be opened at the October 27, 2026 Board meeting, and the winning bidder will be notified soon after.
Submit bids in a sealed envelope clearly marked “BID – SeaArk Rescue Boat, Florissant Valley Fire Protection District.” Each bid shall include:
- The completed bid form with the grand total price;
- Manufacturer specification sheets for any proposed “equal”;
- A proposed delivery schedule; and
- Warranty information.
