District residents elect the three-member Board of Directors. Each of the three members are elected to serve a six-year term, and the terms are staggered every two years. The Directors are responsible for the overall management of the district.

The Board of Directors meets 4 Tuesdays every month at 7:30AM at the Administrative Offices at 661 St. Ferdinand St., Florissant, MO 63031 unless otherwise noted. When a month contains 5 Tuesdays, we will post which days the Board will meet.
